Corporate, LLC, Partnership, Trust and Pension Plan Accounts
Individual, Joint, IRA Account
W-8BEN Certificate of Foreign Status
The W-8BEN form is required for all foreign customers.
Annual Income Letter
Required form if the customers' Annual Income is less than $25k.
Arbitration Agreement
Optional.
Canadian Non Solicit
Required for Canadian Citizens.
Account Transfer
This form is used when a customer needs to transfer money or positions from another firm to PFG.
Customer Agreement
The Customer Agreement explains the terms and conditions between PFG and it's customers and is a requirement for all customers.
Email Statement
Required for customers who wish to receive their daily and monthly statements via email.
Hedging Agreement
Required for Hedging accounts.
Letter Of Direction
The Letter of Direction is a requirement for those customers who have a broker that will trade a third-party system on a discretionary basis. POA forms must also be completed.
Net Worth
Required for customers with an annual income between $35k - $50k.
Own Funds
Required for customers that indicate their occupation may be investment related.
POA Forms
Required for customers that indicate a third party will be trading the account on behalf of the customer.
Risk Disclosure
Required disclosure for all accounts.
Second Account Request Letter
Required for customers that want more than one account.
