The market feels like once again it has to make a decision, do we break into new highs or is there not enough strength, momentum to continue this bounce and gravity will pull us back down?
 
Hard to tell and indicators are mixed, 1554 is strong resistance above, 1540 is short term support.

Fed's Fisher speaks on Local Economy in TX at 1:00pm. Trading Ex-split: PVA 2-1.
