Dear Trader,
 

I mentioned yesterday after the close that the market action towards the end of yesterday's session was bullish. I wish I knew how bullish it was going to be as the market advanced powerfully today.

 

The next few sessions will tell us more. On a daily basis, this can still be classified as a strong short covering rally which was fueled by ideas that yesterday's session showed some characteristics of capitulation. The future will provide us with answers, in between as traders our job is to trade with a calculated risk / reward ratio and make sure that no one trading day will wipe your account.
