Take the Back to School Futures Trading Challenge!
As a participant in this Challenge, you will be able to hone your futures trading skills while studying the markets and learning trading strategies. You will trade with real-time data in a simulated environment and have a chance to win $1,000. To help you in the Challenge, we have made sure there are plenty of opportunities to deepen your understanding of the futures markets. There will be daily videos where our experienced educators will provide insights into the markets and a daily lesson on our products, strategies and managing through event risk.
How it works:
Register for Challenge
After registering for the Challenge, you will have access to your Challenge dashboard under the "Challenge" section on the Institute site that will display information you need to know for the Challenge and links to start your education requirements and practice trading in the practice simulator.
Challenge Begins on September 10
Once the Challenge begins, you will make all trades in the Challenge Simulator located in the Challenge section. You will receive daily emails with insights on the markets including daily video lessons from our educators.
Trade and Complete Education Modules
The educational courses and modules must be completed by the time the Challenge ends. The two courses should take approximately 15 minutes to complete and the 4 modules will take approximately 5 minutes each. You can trade as often or as little as you would like during the Challenge week.

2. Hot Market report: Wheat Bounce Short Covering or Reversal?
Click on image below to enlarge
Wheat this week recovering from oversold conditions. After spending two weeks finding a bottom looks like it will try and find stability above the low end of the USDA’s 4.40 to 5.20 price target.
With no new news until WASDE report on the 12th, and Stocks report at end of the month, would look to see technical short covering take us back to mid 4.50’s before WASDE report.
