Heads up Regarding approaching first notice ( FN) and Last Trading days (LT)
Since there are so many of the September futures contracts traded across so many different commodities.
Here are dates you need to be aware of so you don’t run into delivery hassles.
Cash settled or financially settled products do not have a first notice day since there is no delivery.
For the Deliverable futures contracts, please pay attention to the following Dates for September contracts.
You must be out or rolled into the next contract before First notice day. Unless you are a bonaFide Hedger.
Please use Monday, August 28th
through Wednesday the 30th to adjust your positions.
