Three Things to Keep in Mind for Friday’s Employment Report:

Overall pace of U.S. hiring has eased to 1.4-1.6% from 2.2% in 2014
Average hourly earnings grew by 2.6% yearly since 2016 from 2% 2010 through 2015
Does Fed’s current tightening cycle reflect concern over asset prices?
Unemployment might be within 0.3-0.6% of hitting bottom at around 3.5-3.8%
