Different methods and trading concepts will do better in different type of trading days.<\/div>\n

Understand what type of trading day is most suitable for your trading style and trading techniques.<\/div>\n

Perhaps have a few diff. type of “attack plans” for diff. type of trading days.<\/div>\n

Last but not least I like following more than a few markets and I try to follow markets that are some what different, like ES and ZB ( 30 yr bonds), crude oil and gold, mini or micro nasdaq.<\/div>\n
