The different pulse of the markets on different days makes a big difference. The strategies used on fast and volatile market may not work when the same market is choppy and quieter. I think that maybe there are some rare strategies that will work in all market environments but I have never seen one yet….So be aware of how the market\/ markets you are trading are acting.<\/div>\n

What type of action did the overnight session had?<\/div>\n

How did the first 30 minutes of primary session went ( in markets like stock index futures where the underlying asset, i.e. stocks, just opened)?<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Does it seem like the day ahead will be one of those speedy, crazy type of price action? or perhaps choppy? possibly a trending day?<\/div>\n

Certain strategies will work better. Know what weapons in your trading arsenal will work better in what type of market conditions and try to adjust accordingly.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
