2. Hot Market Report: Wheat to Climb Higher?

Grains in general have drifted lower for the past few months. Recent weeks we noticed an attempt from the grain sector to bounce and put major lows in place.
Main reasons are stronger crude oil and a weaker US$. Wheat in specific experienced a very strong downtrend for the last few months.
The break above $4.37 yesterday provided me with a technical signal that the lows may be in place and that we may go higher. Until actual suply/demand and/or weather come into play we may see this market sideways.
